New Shrine Foundation is dedicated to providing financial, health, and educational support to all disadvantaged children, the emphasis being with orphaned, destitute and children of oppression. Ultimately, our children will receive the care and education they need to become independent and self-supporting.  Headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal the foundation has branch offices in Canada and in the USA.

The New Shrine Foundation collaborates with partner foundations, concerned individuals, and corporate sponsors. Currently, the Foundation is supporting the students and teachers of the New Shrine Academy, by sponsoring 40 students through National and International charitable donations and sponsors.  This figure may also increase as the number of orphaned, oppressed and under privileged students increase in New Shrine Academy, due to the influx of rural villagers that have been recently streaming into Kathmandu.
